General:
Dual band, 450-470 MHz. and 806-866 MHz. Omni directional antenna is tuned to work in both bands with VSWR equal to or better then 1:1.5, suitable for use in two- way digital and analogue communication links.

This dual band, all weather antenna has fiberglass radome and the antenna termination, N-Female, is enclosed in the tail-end of the aluminum pipe serving as antenna mounting section. Mounting hardware supplied with the antenna comes with a choice for mounting the antenna in-doors or out-doors. In-doors, the antenna can be mounted on a ceiling or on a wall.

Design & Construction:
The design of this dual band omni directional antenna makes use of the principal of quarter wave stub matching. The quarter wave stub matching also helps in decoupling the antenna from the antenna mast, ensuring a highly stable VSWR and resulting in highest efficiency of the antenna under any mounting condition.

In place of end-fed, this antenna uses a higher feed point along the length of the antenna for higher efficiency and top loading is made use of to minimize the losses.
